Lettings
Tyers Yan Management offer a fully managed tenant service, from advertising, tenant find and tenancy creation. We undertake all due diligence checks, and offer 24/7 emergency support to all our tenants. We are accredited by the Money Shield Client Money Protection Scheme and are registered with Propertymark and the The Property Ombudsman (TPO). We are proud to offer a care-centred, efficient and professional service to our tenants, and total peace of mind for our landlords.
Maintenance
Our exceptional attention to detail is carried through into our maintenance team. We provide a fast response to any urgent property matters, as well as ensuring an effective and robust maintenance schedule is in place for all our managed properties.
